1. Live Quiz Competition Entries

Once a student registers for a live knowledge quiz competition and pays the entry fee, the registration cannot be canceled under normal circumstances. If a quiz is canceled, abandoned, or interrupted due to a server-side failure or technical issue from the Company side, 100% of the entry fee will be credited back to the user wallet within 24 to 48 hours. No refund will be provided for user-side network issues or device-related disconnections.

2. On-Demand Online Coaching, LMS Content & Digital Notes

All LMS courses, recorded video lectures, premium educational content, and downloadable digital notes are considered digital goods. Since access is provided instantly after purchase, such products are non-refundable once successfully purchased or accessed.

3. Franchise and Partner Fees

Community Manager onboarding is based on a Zero Investment model. Geographical franchise allocations, territory reservations, and related payments are governed by franchise agreements and are generally non-refundable after allocation and approval.

4. Failed Transactions and Double Debits

If money is deducted from a bank account or UPI account but does not reflect in the Oj App system, the transaction may either be automatically updated in the wallet or refunded through the respective banking channel according to standard banking timelines.
