Terms & Conditions that keep OJ App fair, secure & transparent

By downloading, accessing, or registering on the OJ App platform (website, mobile application, and associated services operated by Ojzen Edutech Solutions Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Users must be residents of India and at least 16 years of age. Users below 18 years of age must access the platform under parental or legal guardian supervision. Users must provide accurate, verified information including their legal name, active mobile number, and valid email address. Creating multiple, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate account suspension.

OJ App provides an integrated EdTech ecosystem featuring: • On-Demand Online Coaching (LMS) with recorded video lectures, live classes, and curated curriculum; • Digital Study Materials, Sample Question Papers, and eBooks; • Knowledge-based Educational Quizzes, Practice Question Banks, and Merit Scholarship Contests; • Student LMS Wallet for streamlined course enrollments and digital learning access. All services are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

All courses, digital notes, test series, and study materials offered on OJ App are digital goods. Upon successful completion and verification of payment through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay) or verified student LMS Wallet balance, access to the purchased digital content is provisioned immediately to your account. You acknowledge that delivery occurs electronically at the time of access activation.

OJ App hosts skill-based educational quizzes and scholarship contests designed to encourage academic preparation and subject mastery: • Contests are purely skill-based knowledge evaluations based on speed, accuracy, and subject comprehension (games of skill). • Anti-cheat algorithms, transparent scoring rules, and app-focus tracking are enforced. Screen switching, third-party automation, or multi-device attempts will result in immediate disqualification. • Merit scholarships, cash vouchers, or reward points are distributed strictly according to published contest rules and verified performance.

All product and service prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (including GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments may be made via RBI-authorized payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking (via Razorpay), or available LMS Student Wallet balance. Student Wallet balances represent prepaid credits for platform services and cannot be transferred to other users.

All video lessons, study materials, mock questions, curriculum design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Ojzen Edutech Solutions Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view purchased materials. Downloading (except where explicitly permitted by the app), recording, screen capturing, reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or publicly broadcasting any platform content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Community Managers and Master Franchisees operate under independent, non-exclusive contractual agreements. Partners must strictly follow official company policies, ethical marketing guidelines, and regulatory requirements. No partner or franchisee is authorized to alter official course fees, charge unauthorized student fees, or create unauthorized sub-franchise networks.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose; • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the platform software or API; • Use automated bots, emulators, or scripts to participate in quizzes or generate artificial activity; • Post abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in community chats or discussions; • Engage in financial fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation.

While Ojzen Edutech Solutions Private Limited uses scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to ensure continuous availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The Company is not liable for temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, user-side network failures, device incompatibility, or third-party payment gateway delays. Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the total purchase price paid by the user for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms, engages in cheating or fraud, or provides false information. Users may also request voluntary account deletion at any time through our dedicated portal at www.ojapp.in/delete-account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, the parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
