Franchise Levels
Each level delivers clear responsibilities, incentives, and illustrative incentive potential.
Community Manager
Zero investment (₹0). Appointed by a Master Franchisee or auto-promoted after 100 active directs. Not a Franchisee.
Master Franchisee
Single franchise type appointed only by the Company. Manage Community Managers and promote OJ App in the assigned territory.

Incentive Explained
S is the direct parent share. N is the maximum network share when every layer under that level is filled (each hop = 2.5%).

Quiz collect — 5% + 5%
On eligible quiz entry collection, the mapped Community Manager and the mapped Master Franchisee each receive 5% (admin-configurable).
Direct referral — 2.5%
Whoever’s app invite link or code was used earns 2.5% on that student’s activities only. No upline hops.
No franchise sale
A Master Franchisee cannot create or sell another Franchise. Franchise sale commission is 0%.
Courses & other services
Default Master Franchisee share: courses 10%, coaching 5%, e-commerce 2.5%, gig 5% — all editable in Admin.
